Northern Health is recruiting for a Anatomical or General Pathologist to join the medical staff at the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia (UHNBC) in Prince George, BC. The successful candidate will join a group of 5 other pathologists at the site. This is a regional centre that provides a wide range of anatomical and clinical pathology services to Northern BC.
Minimum requirements include Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in anatomical pathology or general pathology and eligibility for licensure to practice in BC.
Our department receives approximately 20,000 surgical specimens annually from UHNBC and the surrounding area. We are looking for an anatomical/general pathologist who will maintain the highest possible standards of practice and is motivated to participate in medical leadership and oversight.
