Cassia , a nonprofit, senior living organization, has a rare opportunity for a Culinary Float to join our team and float between 4 different cities. You will be floating between  Buffalo MN, Dassel MN, Maple Plain MN, and Plymouth MN.  This is a great opportunity to continue growing your career while sharing your expertise at multiple locations.

As a Culinary Float , you will  p r o v i de a  f u l l - s c ope, h a nd s - on coo k i ng p r epa r a t i on a nd p ro duc t i on o f high-quality cu li na r y  d i sh e s t o our r e s i d en t s a nd g ue st s i n a ti m e l y m anne r .  You will bring your expertise to our 5 locations and help ensure that culinary standards are maintained. 

Position Type:  Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including 4 weekend days a month

Wage Range: $28 - $30 /hour depending on experience

Culinary Float Responsibilities:

Culinary Float Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience in a restaurant/ senior living or equivalent cooking experience required!
• Certificate from an accredited culinary arts school preferred.
• Valid Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Certificate or ability to pass course once employed.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
