Job Description

Job Duties: This role will focus on supporting marketing team with campaign and onboarding program(s). + Cleaning up mail house for onboarding process. + Assist with regulatory mailing such annual privacy policy notice mailer. + Collaborate and provide support to designers with promotional materials such as updating web banners and repurpose/manufacture marketing materials. + Assist with ongoing projects and pending queue items. Qualifications: + 3 yrs of direct marketing experience focusing on project management and understanding of marketing concepts. + Strong communication and time management skills. + Self-starter, organized, and attention to detail. + Regulatory marketing experience with compliance and disclosure. + Software/Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Excel, Looker Studio, Dynamics, Marketo. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
