iWorkforce Solutions is seeking highly capable and professional Independent Driver / Appliance Installation Contractors to partner with us on projects. This is a 1099 contract opportunity for established businesses (DBA or LLC) that have the necessary equipment, expertise, and personnel to transport, deliver, and install household appliances safely and efficiently. The contractors will be responsible for leading project sites, ensuring safety compliance, and providing exceptional service. 

Contractor Responsibilities include:

• Safely operating and maintaining a 26ft box truck (owned by the contractor) for local appliance delivery and installation projects.
• Efficiently loading and unloading household appliances.
• The ability to consistently lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Installing a variety of household appliances in residential and commercial settings.
• Serving as the primary safety lead on project sites.
• Representing iWorkforce Solutions professionally while on client sites and ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Adhering to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and safety regulations.
• This contract excludes any services involving complex electrical wiring or plumbing beyond standard appliance connections.

Contractor Requirements:

• Must operate as an established business entity (DBA or LLC) and provide proof of registration.
• Possess a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN).
• Own, operate, and maintain a 26ft box truck in good working condition.
• The primary contractor must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently lift and move objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety guidelines among all personnel working under the contractor.
• The contractor is responsible for hiring, managing, and compensating their own helpers/team members.
• All individuals working under the contractor must undergo and pass a background check and provide proof of a clean driving record.
