Job Summary:
Atrility Medical is focused on transforming cardiothoracic care through innovative solutions. They are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to contribute to the development of their healthcare platform, collaborating with the engineering team to enhance and secure their core product.
Responsibilities:
• Develop features across the full stack, supporting and enhancing Atrility’s critical healthcare platform.
• Contribute to software architecture discussions and implementation, working closely with senior team members.
• Collaborate on developing secure, reliable integrations with our AtriAmp medical device.
• Actively participate in refining engineering standards and continuously improving our software delivery processes.
• Independently conceptualize and execute new ideas.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years experience developing full-stack web applications (JavaScript, Python, SQL)
• Familiarity with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Passion for software engineering excellence and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environment
Preferred:
• Prior experience in healthcare or clinical software development
• Exposure to building software in regulated environments or familiarity with healthcare compliance
