Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Room Associate to support the daily operations of a mailroom at our client's facility.

This position is responsible for sorting, distributing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsabilities:

• Track and log deliveries and pickups accurately

• Maintain mailroom supplies and order replenishments as needed

• Ensure timely internal distribution of correspondence and materials

• Operate mailroom equipment such as scanners, postage machines, and copiers

• Assist with document handling, filing, and basic clerical duties

• Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive mail

• Support special mailing projects
