Luther Lanard is a growing franchise law firm with an open position for a Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of prior business litigation experience. The role will involve extensive writing and negotiation, and if those are your strengths, this is the job for you. You do not need to know franchise law, as the firm will provide training. We resolve most disputes without having to file a lawsuit or arbitration demand. The role will appeal to someone who wants to work part-time but still manage matters (primarily in the pre-lawsuit stage) and interface with clients and opposing counsel.
