What You Will Do

The Medical division is committed to designing and building exceptional products for use across the entire continuum of care. From a roadside accident, to the ICU and through hospital discharge, hospital and clinical caregivers use our AEDs, defibrillators, cots, stretchers, beds, hygiene, and clinical communication and collaboration platforms. Additional Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying, evaluating, selecting, and leveraging the most productive recruitment channels / tools needed to locate and present the best qualified candidates using the most cost-effective methods
  • Coach and consult with hiring managers on recruitment and talent mobility best practices to ensure that talent acquisition is driving the business to meet and achieve its goals.
  • Responsible for monitoring, reporting, and driving the talent acquisition metrics and performance (Example: time to accept, time to present, Diversity, Client Satisfaction) and analyzing trends to identify and solve potential issues before they become issues
  • Conducts critical analyses using business-intelligence tools to ensure analytics are assessed for efficiency and effectiveness that lead to profitability
  • Continuous improvement: refine and increase the quality of search delivery and the diversity of slates
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, employment trends affecting the recruitment function and current employment legislation and policies
  • Align regional processes and global processes, drive best practice standardization, promote accountability of metrics, and ensure team is meeting recruitment goals
  • Instill a culture of positive recognition and continuous improvement throughout the Talent Acquisition team
  • Prepare, communicate, and educate the organization on recruiting resources / systems / procedures

Required

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of work experience OR 8+ years of total work experience
  • Recruiting experience

Preferred

  • Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
  • Corporate or agency recruitment experience in healthcare/medical or IT/software
  • Preferred candidate will sit near a Stryker location, highly preferred Cary, IL, Kalamazoo, MI, or Redmond WA

$69,100 - $118,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
