AB Staffing Solutions is seeking passionate, experienced BCBAs to join our growing education team in California! We partner with highly engaged schools where collaboration, student growth, and innovation come first.

Position Highlights:

• Locations: San Jose, Clovis, Pacifica, Fairfield, Redding.
• Hours: 37.5–40 hours/week, full academic year contract.
• Schedule: Follows the district school calendar – enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays off!
• Pay Range: $2,250–$2,812 per week (depending on experience).

As a School BCBA, you’ll:

• Oversee ABA programs and ensure fidelity of implementation across assigned sites.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Review data to guide treatment decisions and monitor client progress.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and documentation standards.
• Travel regionally to support teams and conduct site visits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work; Master's degree a plus.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Certification.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable transportation for regional travel.
